You have a proven track record of leading interdisciplinary teams and managing external advocacy campaigns — your experience working across multiple jurisdictions equips you to handle the fast-paced nature of regulatory changes in the crypto space. You are adept at bridging the gap between product strategy and regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and compliance needs.
What you'll do
As the Stablecoin Policy Development Lead, you will serve as Stripe's primary subject matter expert on global stablecoin and digital asset regulatory policy. You will lead cross-functional coordination with product and business teams to align policy priorities with the company's strategic goals.
