Your background equips you to support Go-to-Market, Investment Banking, and Product Functions, allowing you to influence key strategic decisions.

You are proficient in financial applications such as Oracle, Anaplan, and Tableau, and you have a willingness to learn Python if you haven't already. Your skills in data visualization and dashboarding enable you to present complex financial data in an understandable manner, driving insights that influence decision-making.

What you'll do

As a Finance & Strategy Analyst at Stripe, you will leverage your financial expertise to support and influence key strategic and business decisions. You will design and provide analytical rigor to measure the efficiency and ROI of investments in both headcount and non-headcount expenses. Your role will involve driving reporting processes and discipline for finance routines, shaping and influencing decision-making across various departments.

You will collaborate closely with business partners, financial colleagues, and engineers to deliver improvements in integrated financial systems. Your analytical skills will be crucial in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring that Stripe's financial performance remains robust and predictable.
