You have experience advising a high-growth company, preferably with direct experience supporting the Marketing function. You understand the importance of compliance and are eager to contribute to maturing and scaling legal support frameworks.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide dedicated legal advice to Stripe’s Marketing organization on commercial, marketing, and privacy issues, focusing on the EMEA region. You will review Privacy Impact Assessments of proposed marketing activities and work closely with Privacy, Privacy Engineering, and marketing leaders to ensure compliant, programmatic data handling. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to address legal concerns and ensuring that marketing initiatives align with regulatory requirements.

You will be instrumental in developing legal strategies that support Stripe’s mission of increasing the GDP of the internet. Your role will involve navigating complex legal landscapes and providing insights that help drive marketing efforts while maintaining compliance. You will also engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and legal developments that impact Stripe’s operations.
