You are proactive in identifying and managing complex legal issues, ensuring that the sales organization operates smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a key strategic advisor to sales leadership, providing guidance on complex commercial deals and contractual matters. You will lead negotiations and close sophisticated agreements with clients ranging from small to large enterprises across various sectors. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating EMEA regulatory compliance requirements, ensuring that all contractual agreements meet jurisdiction-specific standards.

You will design and implement scalable contract frameworks and playbooks to support the fast-growing EMEA sales organization. Your proactive approach will help identify, analyze, and manage complex legal issues that may arise during the sales process. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and policy experts, to ensure that all legal considerations are addressed in the deployment of AI technologies.
