Who you are

You are an analytically-driven Data Analyst with a strong background in financial data analytics and modeling. You have experience designing, building, and maintaining financial dashboards for FP&A and Revenue Operations teams using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Your ability to transform complex business data into actionable insights is a key strength, and you are comfortable developing automated financial reporting solutions that enhance data accuracy and reduce manual effort.

You possess a solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning, and you are skilled in creating sophisticated data models that support these processes. Your expertise in predictive modeling for revenue forecasting and customer lifetime value is complemented by your proficiency in SQL, allowing you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will bridge the gap between data science and financial planning, serving as the technical backbone for our FP&A and GTM analytics initiatives. You will have the autonomy to architect solutions that shape how Stripe makes multi-million dollar decisions. Your responsibilities will include designing and building financial dashboards, developing predictive models, and creating automated reporting solutions that improve data accuracy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the analytics infrastructure you build supports strategic business decisions in a high-growth fintech environment.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing dashboards, ensuring they provide relevant insights for various stakeholders. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest data technologies and best practices, allowing you to implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness in financial analytics.
