You are an IT professional with a strong background in security operations and cloud infrastructure — you thrive in regulated environments and understand the complexities of maintaining security in a fintech context. You have hands-on experience with AWS and Google Workspace, and you are familiar with IAM, SSO, and MFA practices. Your genuine interest in blockchain and tokenization topics sets you apart, as you are eager to contribute to innovative solutions in the fintech space. You possess strong communication skills in English, and while fluency in French is a plus, it is not mandatory. You are looking for a role that offers real ownership and the opportunity to grow into a broader security and infrastructure leadership position.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the operational right hand to the Luxembourg Head of IT, engaging daily with global AWS, security, and blockchain-focused teams. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that systems remain secure, available, and resilient while supporting a regulated fintech environment that is scaling toward production. You will combine hands-on operational responsibilities with strategic oversight, allowing you to make a significant impact on the platform's security posture. You will be involved in security operations, infrastructure management, and IT controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. As the platform evolves, you will have the opportunity to shape security practices and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
