Job Description
Who you are
You have a solid background in enterprise risk management, ideally with experience in regulated financial services. Your expertise includes building and operating risk frameworks that encompass both financial and non-financial risks. You possess strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to challenge constructively and drive outcomes effectively. Your written communication is excellent, allowing you to produce concise, Board-ready materials. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French is an advantage.
What you'll do
In this role, you will implement and maintain the enterprise risk management framework at BBSA, which includes developing risk taxonomy, risk appetite statements, and a risk register. You will coordinate risk governance forums and prepare comprehensive risk reporting packs for management and the Board, detailing key risk indicators, trends, and decisions. You will facilitate periodic risk and control assessments across various functions, ensuring that risks are identified, mitigated, and documented. Additionally, you will manage the issue lifecycle, conducting root cause analyses and tracking remediation efforts. Collaborating with InfoSec and Compliance, you will address operational incidents and regulatory findings, ensuring that third-party risks are consistently assessed and reported.
What we offer
Joining BBSA means being part of a dynamic team focused on building a regulated EMI and CASP in Luxembourg. You will have the opportunity to shape the enterprise risk management landscape and contribute to the governance of a growing organization. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
