You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in human resources or technology — your expertise allows you to navigate complex projects and deliver impactful solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive results and improve processes. Your analytical skills enable you to manage and draw insights from data effectively, ensuring that the solutions you implement are data-driven and user-focused. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can add organization to chaotic situations, making you a valuable asset to any team. You possess a basic understanding of core internal systems such as HRIS, ATS, CRM, and LMS, which helps you communicate effectively with technical teams.
Desirable
A Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, technology, or a related field is preferred. Experience working in a software engineering team or organization is a plus, as it gives you a unique perspective on the technical aspects of program management.
What you'll do
As a Technical Program Manager at Stripe, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and enhancement of employee experience technology.
