You have a strong background in technical program management, ideally with experience in automation or manufacturing environments. You understand the complexities of driving technical initiatives and have a proven track record of managing projects from conception to execution. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will work closely with factory teams to innovate and improve processes. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, enabling you to draft comprehensive requirements documents and manage project timelines effectively.
Desirable
Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus, as is familiarity with automation technologies and manufacturing processes. You are comfortable using project management tools and methodologies to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Your communication skills allow you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration and understanding across teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take the lead in driving the technical, operational, and lifecycle aspects of various manufacturing automation initiatives within Dandy. You will innovate factory processes and design concepts to enable an ideal automated manufacturing process. Collaborating with factory teams, you will create and achieve OKRs for automation and continuous improvement programs. You will draft requirements documents that outline the design requirements for automated equipment, ensuring that all specifications are met. Additionally, you will manage the delivery schedule and coordinate with vendors to create Request for Quotation/Proposal (RFQ/RFPs) that document the necessary details for project execution.
