What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the inaugural SDC team in Dublin, guiding a group of Implementation Specialists dedicated to providing technical guidance throughout the user’s implementation journey with Stripe. You will ensure that your team addresses technical queries and collaborates closely with frontline developers and technical leaders to create a simple and effective user experience. Your leadership will be crucial in supporting escalations and ensuring that your team delivers high-quality outcomes. You will also be responsible for nurturing a diverse talent pool, providing growth opportunities for high-potential professionals within the team.
