You have a strong background in product design, with a focus on creating user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experiences. You are skilled at communicating design decisions and rationale across disciplines, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned. You thrive in ambiguous and complex problem-solving situations, demonstrating a strong ability to influence teams and product direction. Presenting your work to company leadership is something you do confidently, and you can articulate your design decisions through a clear and compelling narrative.
Desirable
Experience with various design tools and methodologies is a plus, as is a portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes. Familiarity with user research and testing is also beneficial, as it helps inform your design decisions and enhances the user experience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design process for specific product areas within Stripe, working closely with product teams to shape user experiences. You will be responsible for translating complex requirements into elegant and functional designs that users love. Your work will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on feedback. You will collaborate with engineers to ensure that your designs are implemented accurately and effectively, maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the development process.
