Who you are

You have a strong background in product support management, ideally with experience in the FinTech industry. Your leadership style focuses on cultivating team happiness and effectiveness, ensuring that team members are growing in their careers and gaining new experiences. You are comfortable with technical troubleshooting and have a passion for learning new functions and features of technical products. Your experience includes leveraging root-cause analyses to make data-driven decisions, and you possess proficiency in the Japanese language, which is a plus for this role.

Desirable

Experience with the Japan market is preferred, as well as familiarity with SQL, Tableau, and APIs. You thrive in environments that require collaboration with multiple stakeholders and have a knack for improving user support experiences through operational projects.

What you'll do

In this role, you will guide the organization to design and deliver incredible user support, ensuring that your team is happy, effective, and continuously growing. You will set clear goals and directions for your team, providing regular feedback on their performance. Maintaining metrics and analysis of team performance will be crucial, as you will provide regular reporting in the form of written analysis and performance reports. You will also manage large operational projects aimed at enhancing the user support experience in the Greater China and Japan markets, collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve these goals.
