You have a strong background in product support management, ideally with experience in moderation or safety-related products. You understand the importance of user safety and have a track record of improving operational workflows. Your communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and moderation. You are detail-oriented and can analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement. You thrive in environments where you can drive change and implement new strategies to enhance user experiences. You are passionate about creating safer online environments and are motivated by the impact of your work on the community.
What you'll do
In this role, you will launch and manage appeal-related workflows for Roblox's content safety moderation product. You will work closely with the moderation team to understand bugs, feature limitations, and requests for new features. Your goal is to improve the overall operations of the moderation platform, ensuring that it effectively addresses user safety concerns. You will integrate with safety product and engineering partners to enhance the functionality of existing tools and workflows. You will analyze data and feedback to drive operational improvements and ensure that the moderation team has the resources they need to succeed. You will report to the Senior Manager of Moderation Operations and collaborate with various stakeholders to align on best practices and strategies.
