What you'll do

As the Recruiting Coordinator Manager for the EMEA/APAC team, you will lead a globally distributed team of recruiting coordinators, ensuring they are well-supported and equipped to handle the demands of a fast-paced recruitment environment. You will work closely with counterparts in AMER and Mexico City to align strategies and share best practices. Your role will involve developing training programs and resources to enhance the skills of your team members. You will also be responsible for analyzing recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall candidate experience. Flexibility in your working hours will be necessary to accommodate team members in various time zones, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
