What you'll do

As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will be one of the first touchpoints for candidates, responsible for scheduling interviews and answering questions. You will work closely with the People Team to build a strong foundation for hiring operations in Sydney. Your role will involve creating a seamless candidate experience, resolving issues, and ensuring that candidates feel valued throughout the hiring process. You will also assist in developing processes that enhance the efficiency of recruitment efforts, contributing to the overall success of the People Team. Your work will directly impact how candidates perceive Notion, making it essential to embody the company's culture and values in every interaction.
