Who you are

You are an experienced technologist with a blend of technical depth and strong business consulting skills. You can write code, but prefer to spend your time working with users to create Stripe solutions that support customer business objectives in complex, mission-critical environments. You have a strong understanding of payment systems and e-commerce solutions, which allows you to think strategically about the art of the possible for the user’s business. Your ability to clearly articulate technical concepts builds confidence in Stripe’s technology among users.

You possess strong verbal and written communication abilities, including the capability to present to large audiences in both French and English. Your experience with large enterprise customers has equipped you with the skills to engage and motivate cross-functionally, both internally and within our customers’ teams. You are adept at understanding technical requirements and mapping them to Stripe technology, ensuring that solutions are robust and effective.

Desirable

A background in payments systems and e-commerce solutions is a plus but not a requirement. Your familiarity with various programming languages and APIs enhances your ability to design effective solutions tailored to customer needs.

What you'll do

As a Solutions Architect at Stripe, you will partner with Sales to technically qualify new business opportunities. You will demonstrate the art of the possible with the Stripe Platform, showcasing how our technology can meet complex user requirements. Your role will involve designing robust technical solutions that enable payment transactions, manage money movements, and simplify financial operational processes.

You will engage with customers to understand their technical needs and translate those into actionable solutions. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions you design are not only technically sound but also aligned with customer business objectives. You will be responsible for presenting technical concepts and solutions to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding.

Your work will directly impact the success of our customers, as you help them navigate the complexities of payment systems and financial operations. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
