You are comfortable setting technical direction and influencing architecture across teams, ensuring correctness, reliability, and scalability in your solutions.

You have a strong background in cloud technologies and understand the operational complexities involved in marketplace sales, including pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance. Your experience allows you to navigate these challenges effectively, ensuring that the systems you design are robust and efficient. You are a proactive problem solver who thrives in environments where you can take ownership and drive technical decisions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design and evolution of Suger’s core platform and AI-driven products. You will operate with broad technical ownership across teams, shaping architecture and driving long-term technical direction. Your responsibilities will include solving ambiguous, high-impact problems at the intersection of distributed systems, data integrity, and AI-assisted automation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions you develop meet the needs of over 250 B2B customers, including large enterprises and fast-growing startups.

You will also be involved in mentoring junior engineers, sharing your expertise in distributed systems and cloud technologies. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and cloud computing, ensuring that Suger remains at the forefront of technology in the B2B software space. You will contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence, encouraging your team to push boundaries and explore new solutions.
