Supabase is hiring a Head of Data Intelligence to lead data strategy and build a high-performing analytics team. You'll work with SQL, BigQuery, and dbt to drive data-informed decisions across the organization. This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills.

Who you are
You have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, particularly in the field of data analytics. With 5+ years of experience in data intelligence, you understand how to leverage data to drive business decisions and improve product offerings. Your expertise in SQL and data warehousing technologies like BigQuery allows you to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets. You are passionate about fostering a data-driven culture within an organization, ensuring that every team has the tools and knowledge to make informed decisions.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Growth, and Go-to-Market. You are adept at translating complex data findings into actionable strategies that resonate with stakeholders at all levels. Your leadership style encourages innovation and best practices, empowering your team to excel in their roles.
Desirable
Experience with analytics tools such as Hex and PostHog is a plus, as is familiarity with data transformation processes using dbt. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and have experience managing distributed teams.
What you'll do
As the Head of Data Intelligence at Supabase, you will own the end-to-end data strategy, ensuring that analytics capabilities scale with the company's growth. You will build and lead a team of analysts dedicated to delivering insights on user behavior and platform usage.
