Superside is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to evolve their brand and create impactful visuals across multiple channels. You'll collaborate with Creative Directors and leverage AI tools to enhance creativity. This role requires a strong background in advertising and brand design.

Who you are
You are a highly skilled Senior Brand Marketing Designer with a strong background in advertising and brand design. With your exceptional creative expertise, you deliver high-quality work at speed and have a passion for pushing the boundaries of design. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love tackling complex design and visual communication challenges. Your experience allows you to bring fresh, innovative ideas to life, and you are comfortable working closely with Creative Directors and Design Directors to evolve Supersideโs brand.
You have a deep understanding of visual communication principles and can create impactful visuals that resonate across multiple channels. Your proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Figma enables you to produce high-quality designs efficiently. You are also familiar with leveraging AI tools to enhance your creativity and efficiency, making you a valuable asset to the team.
Desirable
Experience in a fast-paced marketing environment is a plus, as is a portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling brand visuals. Familiarity with the latest design trends and technologies will help you stay ahead in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a key part in evolving Supersideโs brand identity. You will create impactful visuals that communicate the brand's message effectively across various platforms. Collaborating closely with the Creative Directors and Design Directors, you will contribute to the development of innovative design concepts that push the boundaries of traditional branding.
You will be responsible for managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and creativity. Your ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines will be crucial as you navigate the fast-paced nature of the marketing team. You will also have the opportunity to experiment with AI tools to enhance your design process, allowing for greater creativity and efficiency in your work.
