Overview
Suvoda is hiring a Localization & Licensing Project Coordinator to manage communication between internal teams and external vendors. This role requires coordination of translation and licensing processes in Romania, with remote work options available.
Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in project coordination, particularly in localization and licensing, and you understand the nuances of liaising between technical teams and external vendors. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively manage timelines and requirements across various stakeholders.
You are detail-oriented and capable of conducting thorough research on licensing and translation requirements, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and communicated clearly. Your organizational skills allow you to maintain reference guides and documentation for future projects.
What you'll do
In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between Suvoda’s internal eCOA teams and instrument developers/license holders, ensuring that all translation and eCOA requirements are met. You will coordinate with third-party translation vendors to communicate development needs and client requirements, facilitating smooth project execution.
You will assist in the development of information gathering forms to streamline the license research process and manage the communication of timelines and requirements to internal teams. Additionally, you will oversee the review process with license holders and ensure that all translated materials are accurately implemented by the Technical Solutions team.
