Who you are
As an Assistant Coach (Assistant General Manager), you are a hands-on leader who inspires your team while driving operational excellence. You have experience in mentoring team members to become future leaders and are skilled at using data-driven insights to navigate challenges and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You partner with the Head Coach to set goals and track performance, fostering a culture of trust and recognition within your team.
You anticipate operational needs and adjust deployment to support smooth operations. Your ability to provide hands-on coaching and step in during peak times or staffing gaps ensures that your team executes consistently. You uphold high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance, inspecting food quality and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with the Head Coach on hiring, onboarding, and training new team members. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards for food safety and cleanliness, inspecting food quality, checking temperatures, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. You will also resolve facility, supply, and quality issues promptly, ensuring team member safety and strong audit performance.
Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and you will use data-driven insights to build healthier communities through real food. You will mentor team members, helping them grow into future leaders while driving operational excellence in the store. Your role will involve adjusting staffing and operational strategies to meet the needs of the business and ensure a smooth workflow.
