What you'll do
As a Restaurant Manager at sweetgreen, you will partner with the Head Coach to set goals and track performance, using data-driven insights to navigate challenges. You will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and training new team members, ensuring they are equipped to provide the best service possible. During peak times or staffing gaps, you will step in to provide hands-on coaching and support, maintaining clear communication for consistent execution. You will also conduct regular inspections of food quality and safety, addressing any facility or supply issues promptly to ensure a smooth operation.
