Overview
Swile is hiring a Compliance Manager to oversee compliance and internal controls. You'll ensure adherence to national and international regulations, including those from the Central Bank of Brazil. This role requires experience in compliance and risk management.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in compliance and internal controls, ideally with experience in the financial sector. You understand the importance of adhering to regulations and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with national and international standards.
You are skilled in developing and implementing compliance programs, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) measures. Your analytical skills allow you to monitor transactions effectively and investigate any suspicious activities that may arise.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for disseminating compliance norms relevant to Swile's business and ensuring their proper implementation across various departments. You will conduct compliance testing and collaborate with business areas to assess compliance risks.
You will review and revise company policies, procedures, and manuals to ensure they align with applicable regulations. Additionally, you will prepare various reports related to compliance matters, including conflict of interest assessments.
You will also play a crucial role in preventing money laundering and financing of terrorism by developing and reviewing internal policies and procedures. Monitoring suspicious transactions and conducting detailed investigations will be part of your daily responsibilities, ensuring that any necessary communications are made to the appropriate authorities.
