Who you are

You have a degree in Administration, Law, Accounting, Economics, or related fields, and possess advanced English skills. Your experience includes working in risk management, where you've developed metrics for assessing various risk levels from scratch. You understand the importance of compliance and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all risk-related documentation meets regulatory standards.

You are adept at identifying, measuring, and mitigating various types of risks, including credit, operational, liquidity, social, environmental, and climate risks. Your analytical skills allow you to create policies and procedures that enhance the risk management framework within an organization. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to evaluate new products and services.

What you'll do

In this role, you will create risk assessment metrics, categorizing risks into low, medium, and high levels. You will manage ongoing capital controls and monitor risk-weighted assets (RWA) and regulatory capital (PR). Your responsibilities include submitting risk documents to Bacen and developing the Risk Appetite Statement (RAS). You will also create stress tests and prepare annual risk reports for the Board and Internal and External Auditors.

You will collaborate with the Technology and Products team to develop a business continuity plan, ensuring that the organization is prepared for potential disruptions. Your role is crucial in shaping the risk management policies and procedures from the ground up, contributing to a safer and more compliant operational environment.
