What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Implementation managers, guiding them in their efforts to onboard customers effectively and ensure they derive maximum value from TrustArc's solutions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices for customer onboarding, ensuring that your team is equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed. You will also collaborate closely with other departments, such as product and sales, to align customer needs with TrustArc's offerings.

You will monitor the progress of customer implementations, providing support and guidance as needed to overcome any obstacles that may arise.
