Who you are

You have 1-3 years of professional experience in account management, ideally within the digital media or online publishing space. Your background includes a proven record of upselling and exceeding quotas, showcasing your ability to drive business growth. You possess outstanding relationship management and customer service skills, always maintaining a customer-centric mentality. Your analytical skills are strong, allowing you to collect business intelligence by monitoring and identifying trends with data, including revenue projections.

You are naturally inquisitive and excited about the business value that customers achieve with Taboola's products and services. You take pride in your professionalism and integrity, ensuring that you deliver real value to your clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust with clients is one of your key strengths, enabling you to foster long-lasting relationships.

Desirable

Experience in digital advertising or with publisher/media clients is highly valued, but not required. If you have a strong account management background and a history of retaining clients, we encourage you to apply. Familiarity with performance-driven advertising metrics will be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As a Publisher Account Manager at Taboola, you will play a vital role in optimizing existing relationships with SMB publishers. Your primary focus will be on upselling new initiatives to publishers and improving the metrics on their sites. You will work closely with the Editorial team to streamline operations and ensure that Taboola products are effectively leveraged by our publisher and media clients.

You will analyze data to identify trends and provide insights that help publishers enhance their advertising performance. Your responsibilities will include monitoring client accounts, conducting regular check-ins, and providing strategic recommendations to improve their outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that clients receive the best possible service and support.

In this role, you will also be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales quotas, which will require you to develop a deep understanding of your clients' needs and how Taboola's solutions can address them. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all client interactions, ensuring that you deliver real value and foster trust.

What we offer

Taboola offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $70,000—$80,000 USD and an OTE pay range of $87,000—$100,000 USD. You will also have access to various perks, including a discretionary bonus, equity, flexible PTO, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance.
