Taboola is hiring a Business Systems & Solutions Specialist to design and implement CRM and automation solutions. You'll work with Salesforce and GenAI technologies to enhance sales workflows. This position requires 2-5+ years of experience in Enterprise Business Systems.

Who you are

You have 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Business Systems, particularly with Salesforce and Dynamics 365. Your proven track record includes designing and deploying complex, multi-stage automations, managing thousands of records and hundreds of users without compromising system performance. You possess a strong understanding of sales or go-to-market processes and know how to map them to technical solutions. Your experience implementing GenAI solutions for business users, including LLM-based integrations and prompt engineering for sales automation, sets you apart. You have the ability to bridge the gap between AI capabilities and practical sales workflows, such as lead enrichment and predictive scoring. Additionally, you have hands-on experience in vibe coding or light scripting, which enhances your ability to work autonomously and take ownership of deliverables.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with Sales and Account Management teams to design, build, and implement CRM and automation solutions that improve day-to-day workflows and accelerate productivity. You will play a vital role in helping our global revenue engine scale more effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing the implementation of GenAI solutions, ensuring they align with sales workflows, and enhancing the overall efficiency of the sales process. You will collaborate effectively with a manager and team based in a different time zone, taking ownership of your deliverables and driving projects to completion. Your contributions will directly impact the performance of the sales team and the overall success of the organization.

What we offer

At Taboola, we provide a competitive salary range of $80,000—$96,000 USD, along with several perks as part of the compensation package, including a discretionary bonus, equity, flexible PTO, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance.
