Who you are

You have 4+ years of experience as a graphic designer, with a strong focus on motion design capabilities that allow you to create engaging visual content. Your proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma enables you to produce high-quality designs that resonate with audiences and drive performance. You possess a solid understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling, which you leverage to craft compelling narratives through your designs.

Your background includes proven experience designing for digital advertising and performance-driven environments, where you have successfully translated business and marketing objectives into effective creative solutions. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with sales and clients to ensure that your designs meet their needs and expectations. Bonus points if you have hands-on experience with Generative AI tools for image, video, or motion creation, as well as a background in performance marketing or native advertising.

What you'll do

As a Senior Creative Designer on the PreSales team, you will lead end-to-end presale and advertiser-facing design projects, from concept to delivery. Your role will involve producing high-performing static and motion assets, including mockups, ad creatives, short-form videos, and animations that effectively communicate the value of Taboola's advertising solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that your designs align with performance goals and resonate with target audiences.

You will play a vital role in shaping how creativity fuels revenue by delivering scroll-stopping designs that drive conversions and close deals. Your strategic thinking and hands-on execution will be essential in transforming performance goals into visually compelling creative. You will also act as a senior point of contact for design-related inquiries, guiding junior designers and contributing to the overall creative direction of the team.
