What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of the Tailor Platform, focusing on creating a headless ERP solution that meets the needs of large enterprises. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to ensure that the platform is user-friendly and meets business requirements. You will be responsible for integrating various technologies and ensuring that the platform is flexible and scalable.

You will also play a key role in mentoring junior engineers, sharing your expertise and helping them grow in their careers. You will be involved in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring that the platform remains at the forefront of the ERP market. Your contributions will directly impact the success of Tailor and its mission to empower more people to become product creators.
