You possess strong business development skills and strategic thinking capabilities, allowing you to navigate complex organizational landscapes effectively. You are a proactive leader with project management skills, capable of driving initiatives from conception to execution. Your proficiency in Japanese at a business level is essential for effective communication with clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work directly with clients' executive teams to determine the overall direction of their organizations. You will lead the identification of critical business and operational challenges, prioritizing them and developing a roadmap for resolution. Your hands-on support will be crucial in reforming clients' organizational structures and processes to ensure the successful implementation of strategies. You will bridge the gap between strategic planning and tangible IT outputs, ensuring that strategies translate into actionable results. Collaborating with engineering teams, you will help turn conceptual ideas into functional digital products within weeks, validating strategies through rapid execution cycles.
