You have a strong background in business intelligence, with at least 5 years of experience in data analysis and visualization. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and have a proven track record of delivering insights that drive business outcomes. Your expertise in BI tools and methodologies allows you to create impactful data products that resonate with stakeholders. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in marketing, and can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. You are a trusted advisor who drives best practices within the BI function and leads development efforts to enhance data solutions. You are passionate about using data to solve problems and improve processes.

Desirable

Experience with marketing analytics and a strong understanding of marketing metrics would be a plus. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is also desirable. You have a knack for storytelling with data, making complex information accessible to non-technical stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance the effectiveness of data solutions.

You will drive best practices in data management and analysis, ensuring that the data solutions you develop are robust and scalable. You will also mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. Your contributions will play a critical part in transforming how Talkiatry leverages data to enhance patient care and improve marketing strategies.
