What you'll do

As the Vice President of Marketing Technology, you will own and transform Talkiatry’s marketing systems, ensuring they are equipped to support the company’s growth — you will lead initiatives to optimize the website, CRM, and marketing data management processes. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to identify technology needs and implement solutions that enhance marketing effectiveness.

You will be responsible for building a high-performing marketing technology team — this includes recruiting top talent, providing mentorship, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. You will ensure that all marketing systems are operational, reliable, and aligned with best practices in data governance.

You will work closely with Growth Marketing and Product Marketing teams to develop strategies that leverage data insights for better decision-making — your ability to analyze marketing performance metrics will be crucial in driving continuous improvement. You will also oversee the implementation of AI-driven solutions to enhance marketing capabilities and customer engagement.
