Who you are

You are a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for expanding access to mental healthcare. You understand the challenges faced by both patients and providers in the current healthcare landscape and are committed to transforming psychiatry into a more accessible and empowering experience. Your clinical expertise is complemented by a strong desire to work in a supportive environment that values autonomy and innovation.

You have experience working in diverse settings and are adept at navigating the complexities of behavioral health care. You are comfortable using technology to enhance patient care and streamline processes, ensuring that you can focus on what matters mostβ€”providing high-quality mental health services. You are a strong communicator, able to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will join Talkiatry's mission to improve access to behavioral health care across the country. You will provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment to patients, ensuring they receive the care they need in a timely manner. You will leverage innovative technology to enhance patient interactions and streamline administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care.

You will work closely with a team of psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Your role will involve ongoing patient management, including medication management and therapy, as well as regular follow-ups to monitor progress and adjust treatment as necessary. You will also participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practices within the organization.
