Who you are
You are an experienced licensed Therapist, including social workers, counselors, and marriage and family therapists (LCSWs, LMFTs, LMHCs, LPCs, LCPCs, LPCCs). You understand the complexities of mental health care and are committed to providing accessible, human-centered treatment to patients. Your background equips you to navigate the challenges faced by both patients and clinicians in the mental health landscape.
You possess a strong understanding of the barriers to mental health care, including issues related to insurance reimbursement and the burdens of administrative paperwork. Your experience has prepared you to work within a system that seeks to innovate and improve access to quality psychiatric care. You are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals struggling with mental health issues.
What you'll do
