What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on building your psychiatric practice with the support of dedicated coaches and thoughtful client matching to help you build your ideal caseload. You will treat your practice as your primary professional priority, committing at least two days weekly to practice growth. You will collaborate closely with the Medical Director and other team members to ensure clinical excellence and provide personalized care to your clients.

You will have the flexibility to choose between office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid practice, allowing you to create a schedule that works best for you. Your responsibilities will include managing your caseload, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring that you provide high-quality psychiatric care.
