Job Description
Who you are
You have 3+ years of experience as a Data & Analytics Engineer, where you've designed and maintained data models and pipelines that support business operations. Your expertise in SQL and Python allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for decision-making.
You are proficient in using data visualization tools like Tableau to create insightful dashboards that communicate key metrics to stakeholders. Your understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing principles enables you to build robust data pipelines that facilitate seamless data flow across systems.
You have experience with Airflow for orchestrating complex data workflows, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery. Your familiarity with PostgreSQL allows you to optimize queries and manage database performance, contributing to the overall efficiency of data operations.
You are a strong communicator who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Your analytical mindset drives you to explore data trends and patterns, helping the organization make informed decisions.
Desirable
Experience with machine learning concepts is a plus, as you may contribute to projects that leverage data for predictive analytics. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP can enhance your ability to work with scalable data solutions.
What you'll do
As a Data & Analytics Engineer at Tandem, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the data infrastructure that supports our operations. You will design and implement data models that accurately reflect business processes and ensure data quality across various sources.
You will develop and optimize ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into our data warehouse, enabling timely access to decision-grade data.
