You have over 7 years of relevant program or project management experience, ideally within a marketing agency environment. Your background has equipped you with a strong understanding of managing project scopes, resources, and budgets effectively. You are a process-oriented thinker who embraces challenges and knows how to rally teams to ensure program success. Your experience has made you adept at monitoring program progress against established plans and proactively communicating variances to resolve issues. You are familiar with the importance of adhering to established standards and ensuring compliance with processes, which is crucial in a fast-paced agency setting.
What you'll do
As a Senior Project Manager at Targetbase, you will be responsible for managing the execution of marketing programs across the agency from conception through delivery. This includes defining, estimating, and aligning on the overall scope of assigned programs while monitoring progress against the plan and Statement of Work (SOW). You will address any issues related to scope, schedule, budget, or quality, ensuring that scope changes are documented and communicated effectively. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned programs, leading internal status meetings and providing information to account leads to manage client expectations successfully. Your role will involve defining, developing, and implementing processes and best practices that enhance the overall efficiency of the agency.
