You have a strong background in marketing program management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You thrive in ambiguous environments and have a startup mindset, allowing you to build and scale marketing initiatives effectively within a larger organization. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Growth, Sales, and Customer Marketing, is essential for success in this role. You are data-driven and understand how to leverage insights to shape marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate the value of WalkMe Learning Arc to various stakeholders. Your experience in digital marketing, particularly in the context of AI and digital learning, positions you well to drive the adoption of this innovative product. You are comfortable with testing and iterating on marketing programs to ensure they meet business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Desirable
Experience in the tech industry, particularly with digital adoption platforms or similar technologies, is a plus. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms will enhance your ability to execute and measure the success of marketing initiatives. What you'll do
As the Senior Marketing Programs Manager, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for WalkMe Learning Arc. This includes designing, testing, and scaling integrated marketing programs that drive awareness and adoption of the product. You will work closely with Product Marketing to define what success looks like for the product as it matures in the market. Your role will involve collaborating with Sales and Customer Marketing to ensure alignment in messaging and outreach efforts.
You will lead full-funnel marketing initiatives, from awareness to conversion, ensuring that all programs are data-driven and optimized for performance. Your ability to analyze market trends and user feedback will inform your strategies, allowing you to adapt and refine marketing efforts as needed. You will also play a critical role in shaping the market presence of WalkMe Learning Arc, helping to establish it as a leader in the digital learning space.
