What you'll do

In this role, you will lead research initiatives focused on large language models and their application in creating conversational avatars. You will design and implement fine-tuning and adaptation strategies to enhance the performance of these models in real-time interactions. Your work will involve modeling both verbal and non-verbal communication, ensuring that the avatars can engage users in a natural and meaningful way.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to define the roadmap for the development of AI Humans. Your insights will help shape the direction of the research and development efforts, and you will be responsible for presenting your findings to stakeholders and contributing to the overall strategy of the company.

You will also mentor junior researchers and engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of learning and innovation within the team. Your contributions will be critical in advancing the capabilities of AI Humans, making them more effective and empathetic in their interactions with users.
