You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on consumer-facing applications. You understand the importance of user experience and have a track record of delivering impactful mobile solutions. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, sets you apart. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform product decisions, ensuring that the features you develop resonate with users. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to shape the future of youth sports through technology.
Desirable

What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at TeamSnap, you will own the product roadmap for the consumer mobile app, guiding its development from concept to launch. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that meet the needs of coaches, parents, and players. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and validate product ideas, as well as defining success metrics to measure the impact of your initiatives. You will lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines, and you will advocate for the user throughout the development process. Additionally, you will analyze user feedback and data to iterate on features and drive continuous improvement.
