Your leadership skills enable you to support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent, ensuring a seamless balance between operational, visual, and customer priorities. You are proactive in providing real-time feedback, coaching, and training to team members, helping them grow in their roles.

What you'll do

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating a customer-centric environment. You will support the Store Manager in implementing processes that enhance the customer experience and ensure that the team is well-trained and equipped to meet customer needs. You will be responsible for facilitating an energized pace within the store, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the company's goals. Your role will involve regular communication with the Tecovas HQ Retail Training team to monitor team progress and suggest improvements. You will also assist in maintaining a succession strategy to ensure the store's long-term success.
