What you'll do

As an Assistant Store Manager at Tecovas, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience for first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts. You will support the Store Manager in managing total store operations, ensuring that the team is well-trained and equipped to deliver extraordinary service. Your responsibilities will include cultivating a customer-centric environment, facilitating team development, and implementing processes that improve service delivery. You will also be involved in product flow management and will apply your merchant skills to curate a compelling in-store experience.

You will deliver world-class training to new team members, combining in-person and e-learning methods to ensure they are well-prepared to represent the brand. Your role will require you to provide feedback and coaching to your team, helping them to develop their skills and grow within the company. You will work closely with the Store Manager to create a positive and productive work environment, where communication and teamwork are prioritized. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.
