Who you are
You are a customer-focused individual with exceptional selling skills and a strong commitment to providing an unmatched customer experience. You possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, allowing you to maintain a well-organized stockroom and sales floor. You are independent and proactive, driven by results, and demonstrate the utmost character, honesty, and transparency in your work. You have a high school diploma and are at least 18 years of age, ready to stand and walk for extended periods while engaging with customers.
What you'll do
As a Sales Associate at Tecovas, you will support the store leadership team by cultivating an environment that prioritizes customer experience. You will greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect products, utilizing your product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining the sales floor, ensuring it is well-stocked and organized. This includes receiving shipments, preparing products for display, and participating in the restock process to keep inventory levels optimal. Additionally, you will demonstrate loss prevention awareness by assisting in cycle counts and transfers, contributing to the overall efficiency of store operations.
