What you'll do

As a Sales Associate at Tecovas, you will greet customers and provide them with product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience. You will support the store leadership team by maintaining a sales-driven environment that prioritizes genuine customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality product services, such as branding and boot shines, to ensure customer satisfaction. You will assist in receiving shipments and preparing products for the sales floor, while also participating in ongoing staff education to share product knowledge with your colleagues. Additionally, you will demonstrate loss prevention awareness by assisting in cycle counts and transfers, contributing to the overall success of the store.
