What you'll do

As an Associate - Security at TEECOM, you will work closely with your mentor to design small to mid-size projects in the Telecom discipline. You will be responsible for producing detailed drawings and specifications that meet client needs and project requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients and contractors, to ensure that projects are executed smoothly from inception to completion.

You will participate in the TEECOMuniversity training program, where you will receive thorough instruction and hands-on training in Revit. This will enable you to develop your technical skills and gain practical experience in the field. You will also have opportunities to shadow senior designers, learning from their expertise and gaining insights into best practices in project management and design.

Your responsibilities will include delegating tasks effectively within your team, promoting a collaborative work environment, and ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. You will be expected to engage with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that enhance their building experiences. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining TEECOM's reputation for excellence in consulting engineering.
