You are ready to take on a mid-level engineering role, where you will begin designing small to mid-size projects in the Security discipline under the guidance of a mentor. You are committed to learning and growth, as evidenced by your participation in the TEECOMuniversity in-house training program. You will receive thorough instruction through mentorship, hands-on Revit training, and opportunities to shadow senior designers. Your strong communication skills will help you engage with clients, product manufacturers, contractors, and other design team members, ensuring that each project is completed on time and within budget.

Desirable

Experience in the healthcare sector or familiarity with security systems will be advantageous as you navigate the complexities of building technology. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn from your mentor and peers will set you apart in this role.

What you'll do

As an Associate in Security at TEECOM, you will work closely with your mentor to design and execute small to mid-size projects. Your responsibilities will include providing detailed drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports to clients. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, product manufacturers, and contractors, to ensure that projects meet their requirements and expectations. Your role will involve taking projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and on budget.

You will be expected to actively participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and provide feedback on project designs. Your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced professional environment will be crucial as you balance multiple projects and deadlines. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage in hands-on training with Revit, enhancing your technical skills and understanding of design processes.
