Who you are
You have a strong background in quality assurance with a focus on automation, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem. With 5+ years of experience in QA automation, you possess a deep understanding of Salesforce applications and their integration with enterprise systems. Your expertise in designing and maintaining automated test frameworks allows you to ensure the highest quality standards in software delivery.
You are proficient in various testing methodologies and tools, particularly for UI and API testing. Your experience with machine learning and big data technologies enhances your ability to contribute to innovative solutions. You are detail-oriented and have a passion for delivering robust, scalable enterprise solutions that meet customer needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Partner Portal, CPQ, and Billing. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective test strategies. Your responsibilities will include executing automated tests, analyzing results, and reporting on quality metrics to ensure the reliability of the Salesforce platform.
You will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement in the testing process and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency.
