You have a strong background in solutions architecture with a focus on cloud-native platforms, ideally within the automotive sector. You are well-versed in leveraging big data and machine learning technologies to enhance customer engagement and program governance. What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee high-impact OEM partner implementations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the strategic goals of Tekion. You will collaborate closely with the Business Development team to design and execute initiatives that drive customer engagement and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing program governance, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the implementation process. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for innovation within the automotive retail ecosystem, leveraging your expertise in big data and machine learning to propose solutions that enhance the platform's capabilities. As a leader, you will mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
