What you'll do

In this role, you will provide Tier 1–3 support for users of NetSuite, Zip, and Concur, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly. You will troubleshoot system problems, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to enhance system functionality. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining and enhancing integrations between NetSuite, Zip, and Concur using APIs or middleware, ensuring that data flows smoothly between systems. You will create and manage saved searches, reports, dashboards, and workflows in NetSuite to meet the needs of various departments. Additionally, you will collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for system improvements and contribute to the overall success of Tekion's enterprise systems.
