You are familiar with various talent acquisition platforms, particularly Ashby and Greenhouse, and understand how to maximize their capabilities to enhance recruitment workflows. Your ability to analyze data and generate insights helps drive strategic decisions that improve the overall effectiveness of the talent acquisition function.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. Your strong communication skills enable you to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.

Desirable

Experience with cloud-native platforms and an understanding of the automotive industry would be a plus. Familiarity with big data technologies and AI applications in recruitment can set you apart as a candidate.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and optimization of Tekion's talent acquisition systems. You will analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that the technology stack supports the organization's hiring goals effectively. You will collaborate with the People Systems team to implement new features and enhancements that drive operational excellence.

You will also support the recruitment team by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis, helping to shape strategies that attract top talent. Your role will involve troubleshooting system issues and ensuring that the TA platforms are functioning optimally to support the recruitment lifecycle.

Additionally, you will be involved in training team members on the use of TA systems, ensuring that everyone is equipped to leverage technology in their recruitment efforts. You will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization, contributing to the overall success of Tekion's talent acquisition initiatives.
